Will vRRR work with my setup?
Answer a question or two and find out in seconds. No sign-up needed.
Do you run or ride?
What's your bike setup?
Do you have a Bluetooth speed or power sensor?
Something like a Wahoo RPM or power-meter pedals.
What treadmill do you have?
You're good to go
Your smart trainer sends power and speed over Bluetooth, which is all vRRR needs. You can control resistance from the app as you ride, too.
You're good to go
Your power-meter pedals broadcast power over Bluetooth, which is all vRRR needs. On a regular bike there's no automatic resistance, so you set your own effort.
You're good to go
That sensor sends your speed or power to vRRR over Bluetooth, which is all it needs to start the video and track your ride.
One add-on needed
vRRR needs a Bluetooth speed or power sensor to read your effort. A wheel speed sensor or power-meter pedals both work well. Add one and you're set.
You're good to go
A treadmill that pairs with other fitness apps over standard Bluetooth works with vRRR too. Check yours is on our list.
Its Bluetooth is locked to iFit
NordicTrack, ProForm and other iFit treadmills lock their Bluetooth to the iFit app, so vRRR can't connect directly. Add an NPE Runn instead: a small clip-on sensor that reads your speed and sends it to vRRR. That's all it takes.
One add-on needed
A regular treadmill can't send your speed on its own. Add an NPE Runn, a small clip-on sensor that reads your speed over Bluetooth, and you're set.
Let's find out
vRRR needs a Bluetooth source for your speed or power: a smart trainer, power-meter pedals, a sensor, or a Bluetooth treadmill. Check the full compatibility guide, or get in touch and we'll point you the right way.
Whatever your setup, vRRR runs in Chrome or Edge (needed for the Bluetooth connection), and heart-rate and cadence sensors are optional extras.
Test your device for real
Got your treadmill or trainer to hand? Connect it now and we'll tell you on the spot whether vRRR can read it. Nothing is saved, and it won't start a workout.
