Start your 28-day free trial with no credit card required. You'll have full access to all features and can cancel anytime before the trial ends.

vRRR runs in the Chrome or Edge browser on a desktop or laptop. For Bluetooth sensor connectivity (heart rate monitors, power meters, smart trainers) you'll need Chrome or Edge specifically, as Firefox and Safari don't support Web Bluetooth.

You need a smart treadmill or smart bike that supports Bluetooth connectivity for speed/power data. For regular treadmills, products like the NPE Runn can add Bluetooth connectivity. Bikes on rollers can use various Bluetooth speed/power sensors. Heart rate and cadence sensors are optional.

vRRR works with fitness equipment that supports Bluetooth fitness protocols including FTMS, RSC (Running Speed and Cadence), and CSC (Cycling Speed and Cadence). Most smart trainers from Wahoo, Tacx, Elite, and Saris are compatible. For treadmills, compatible models include Sole F60/F63/F65 series, Horizon 7.0 AT and T7, and several others.

vRRR uses Web Bluetooth to connect directly to your sensors through your browser. Click the sensor icon in the app, select your device from the list, and you're ready to train.

No, you must have at least a speed or power sensor connected and providing valid data for videos to start. Without a primary sensor (speed/power), the video won't play and you'll see a 'start moving' dialog prompting you to connect a device. Heart rate and cadence sensors are optional additions.

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time, with changes taking effect at your next billing cycle. A prepaid block runs its term, then you choose your next plan.

Your annual price is locked while your subscription stays active, so it won't rise at renewal. A prepaid block is fixed for its term once you've paid. Monthly prices can change over time, but we'll always email you in advance before any increase takes effect.

Paying annually is cheaper than monthly billing. You'll see your exact saving on the pricing page.

You can pick a plan any time, during or after your trial. Subscribe during the trial and you won't be charged until it ends, so you keep your remaining free days. Choose monthly, annual, or a prepaid training block. If you don't subscribe, you'll keep access to your workout history but won't be able to start new training sessions.

For Bluetooth sensor support, you'll need Chrome or Edge. Firefox and Safari can run vRRR for video playback, but don't support Web Bluetooth for sensor connectivity. We recommend Chrome.

We recommend at least 5 Mbps for smooth video playback. Our adaptive streaming adjusts video quality to your connection speed.

vRRR requires an internet connection to stream video content and sync workout data. However, sensor data is processed locally, so brief connection issues won't interrupt your workout.

First, ensure your sensors are in pairing mode and close to your device. Make sure you're using Chrome or Edge browser and that Bluetooth is enabled. Try refreshing the page if problems persist.

You can sign in on multiple devices; only one active session at a time is recommended.

Our library includes over 90 routes across running and cycling, with new content added regularly. Each route features real-world locations captured by our community of creators.

All routes are available in multiple quality levels up to 4K (2160p). Our adaptive streaming automatically selects the best quality for your internet connection and device capabilities.

Yes, for smart bike trainers. vRRR can control resistance on FTMS trainers, so you can adjust it directly in the app. It doesn't automatically follow the route's terrain yet, so for now you set the resistance yourself as the gradient changes. Treadmill control isn't supported yet, so on a treadmill you set the speed and incline manually.

Yes. You can pause and resume your workout at any time. The video pauses with you, and your data keeps tracking.

We track all standard metrics including time, distance, speed/pace, heart rate, power (if available), cadence, and calories burned. All data is displayed in real-time during your workout.

Join our creator program. We provide filming guidelines, the technical requirements, and how revenue sharing works. We add quality routes that meet our standards to the platform.

Yes. We share revenue with creators whose routes feature on the platform. The creator program sets out the exact share and payment structure.

We love route suggestions! While we can't guarantee every request will be fulfilled, popular suggestions often influence our content roadmap and creator partnerships.

Currently, vRRR focuses on individual training experiences. Community features like leaderboards, challenges, and social sharing are planned for future updates.
